Dreamwith designs and builds AI-native company operating systems for agencies and service companies. The work begins with the company’s real knowledge, decisions and workflows. It ends when the client can operate and continue building the system without us.

Many companies have already bought AI tools and trained their people. The tools help individual tasks, but the company still loses knowledge across documents, messages, applications and handoffs. Leaders cannot see how the parts connect. Agents lack stable context. Valuable work still depends on knowing which person to ask.

We treat this as an organisational design problem, not a prompt-training problem.

Four stages.

1. Diagnose

We map where time, knowledge, margin and decision quality are being lost. We separate Horizon 1 improvements, Horizon 2 workflow redesign and the Horizon 3 company that should be built beside the current business.

2. Design

We design the AI-native successor from first principles: mission, operating model, company memory, human authority, agent roles, workflows, tools, data and one usable interface.

3. Build

We build the first working Nexus and Command Centre around a small number of valuable workflows. Each part is tested against real company work before it is trusted.

4. Transfer

We document the system, train the people who will own it and move capability only after it has proved itself. The client receives a system it can inspect, question and continue building.

Representative outputs

Three-horizon diagnosis

A clear map of what to improve, redesign and rebuild.

Horizon 3 company design

Operating model, architecture, decision rights and implementation sequence.

Nexus

The organised company memory, rules, knowledge, agents and workflows.

Command Centre

A calm interface for search, status, approval, intervention and learning.

Who this is for.

The early offer is designed for founders and leadership teams in knowledge-intensive companies—especially agencies, consultancies and specialist service firms.

It is likely to fit when:

  • Valuable company knowledge lives inside people and old project folders.
  • Client work involves repeated research, judgment, coordination or production.
  • The team has tried AI tools but the operating model has not changed.
  • Leadership wants a serious future company, not a collection of disconnected automations.
  • A named leader can make decisions and protect the build from internal drift.

It is unlikely to fit when the desired outcome is a quick chatbot, a generic training day, an ungoverned headcount-reduction exercise or a guaranteed short-term return.

What is confirmed—and what is not.

Dreamwith is developing this as an early partner offer. The public architecture and founder-operated prototypes are real. The exact programme, price, delivery capacity and commercial terms are still being developed. We do not claim completed independent client installations or guaranteed results.

Build beside the current company. Prove each part. Transfer only what works.
