Melis.ai is operated from a structured, searchable working environment that connects company context, active projects, specialist roles and reusable methods. Sean can ask questions across that environment and direct agents to inspect, design and build with the relevant context.

This is the most direct evidence behind dreamwith’s thesis. It is also limited evidence. Melis.ai and dreamwith share a founder, and the system is still evolving. This document is therefore a working case study—not proof that the model has already succeeded for an independent client.

The company has a readable architecture.

The working environment uses plain documents and explicit folders to separate durable company context from current work. At the highest level, the system records purpose, strategy, current priorities, decisions, projects, roles and operating rules.

The visible architecture is not the entire implementation. Private doctrine, credentials, client information and sensitive operating details remain restricted. The principle is that important company context has a named place and a clear owner.

How a piece of work moves.

  1. Orient. The system reads the relevant company context, current project state and local instructions before acting.
  2. Define the outcome. The work is reduced to one clear result, with ownership and boundaries.
  3. Use the right specialist. Research, design, legal, commercial and technical work receive different methods and review standards.
  4. Build inside the project. Assets, decisions and deliverables remain with the initiative instead of being scattered across temporary conversations.
  5. Verify the real result. Public pages are rendered, code is tested and live behaviour is checked in proportion to the risk.
  6. Return the learning. Material changes update the current project state; durable methods can become reusable skills or standards.

What has improved.

The largest improvement is continuity. Sean can return to an old decision, project, asset or operating question without reconstructing the company from memory each time. Agents can begin with more relevant context and preserve the result in the same working environment.

Clear ownership also reduces accidental interference. A design task, legal review and product build can use different instructions while still belonging to one company system.

These are qualitative observations. Dreamwith is not publishing invented productivity percentages, cost savings or headcount claims.

Where the system still fails.

Structure can become too dense. Documents can drift out of date. An agent can read the wrong layer of context or overstate what was verified. The system therefore needs explicit current-state files, human review, scoped permissions and a habit of distinguishing facts from recommendations.

A searchable company is not automatically a wise company. Better retrieval makes judgment more important, not less.

What remains unfinished.

  • The full Command Centre is still evolving.
  • Not every company workflow is programmatic or agent-operated.
  • Evidence across independent client installations does not yet exist.
  • Commercial implementation methods and boundaries are still being developed.
  • Long-term security, governance and operating economics must be tested in each client context.

The system is valuable because it can be questioned. The gaps are part of the evidence too.
