Sean’s background crosses consulting, digital product development, AI education, marketing and company building. He founded melis.ai as a public home for courses, tools, applications, research and experiments that help people build with AI.
Why dreamwith exists.
After years of helping organisations use new technology, Sean became convinced that AI would not be absorbed through another software rollout. Tools can improve individual tasks, but they do not automatically connect company knowledge, redesign workflows or make responsibility clear.
Dreamwith begins with a harder question: what would this company look like if capable AI had existed when it began?
The operating lens.
Sean thinks about companies as small civilisations. They need shared memory, rules, specialist capabilities, resource allocation, expansion and a place where leaders can see the whole system. His experience playing StarCraft II competitively gave him a useful language for this balance between macro architecture and micro execution.
The public terms Nexus and Command Centre make that architecture easier to see. The Nexus is the operating structure. The Command Centre is the interface through which people use and govern it.
What the work currently rests on.
The strongest current evidence is Sean’s own operating environment and the way it is used to build melis.ai, dreamwith and related projects. It connects company context, active work, specialist methods and reusable knowledge in one searchable system.
That system is real and incomplete. Dreamwith does not claim that Sean’s founder-operated environment is equivalent to a completed independent client installation. The early partner programme exists to test what transfers, what must be customised and where the model fails.
Clear communication is evidence of clear thinking. If we cannot explain the system simply, we are not ready to install it inside someone else’s company.
